The privacy of our customers has always been of utmost importance. We subscribe to the privacy guidelines of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Read the VA's Privacy Policy.

IDEA may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at anytime. Your continued usage of the Prostate Calculator website (the "Site,") will mean you accept those changes.


The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, images, information obtained from IDEA's licensors and other material ("Content") contained on the Site is for informational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or calculated on the Site!

The Site may contain health or medical related materials which you find sexually explicit or otherwise offensive. IDEA uses such materials to illustrate issues pertaining to the prostate. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to your country of residence.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold IDEA, the Institute for Dynamic Educational Advancement and its directors, governing board members, developers, officers, employees, officers, licensors, suppliers and agents (collectively IDEA), harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

IDEA makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the product. IDEA does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the product in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the product is assumed by you. Should the product prove defective, the user assumes the risk of paying the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction and any incidental or consequential damages.

In no event will IDEA be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including without limitation damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business or medical information and the like) arising out of the use or the inability to use this product even if IDEA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IDEA does not endorse or claim validity for the artificial neural networks or algorithms presented in the product. The product is not a substitute for the recommendation of a licensed physician. The use of this product assumes you understand the limitations of artificial neural networks in general.


IDEA is based in Washington, DC in the United States of America. IDEA makes no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever: Liability, User Submissions, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Complete Agreement.


You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with IDEA, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the courts of Maryland, USA and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Colorado in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving IDEA or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and content providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of Maryland, USA, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us. We DO NOT collect any personally identifiable information that could be used to identify or contact you. Your privacy is not at risk by using our site.

As part of normal operation of this service, we collect information in voluntarily and involuntarily ways. However, none of the information we collect can be associated with you personally. We store a history of requests which are made to our server, a history of the pages in our site which you visit, the site you were referred from, and basic information relating to your http request such as the type of computer you are using, and your internet address. We aggregates this information to help us improve and promote our service. For example, we might inform third parties regarding the number of users of our site and the activities they conduct while on our site.

IDEA may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions to our website. Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised Privacy Policy.
